# Track your support reports

Every support report in your organisation is now listed on the Help and Support page, with its status, so you can see what is still open and whether the team has replied.

### What changed

* **Your reports** at the top of **Help and Support** lists every report filed by anyone in your organisation, newest first.
* **Open, Closed or All** to switch between reports still in progress and finished ones.
* **A blue dot** marks a report that has moved since you last opened it, such as a status change or a reply from the support team.
* **A count in the navigation menu** shows how many reports are waiting for you, without checking your email.
